I use it to provide free content, to create products, to use as a sales tool, amd much much more.

Let’s get started with you content marketers.

It’s well known that I do build sites and make money off of them via Adsense ads, selling advertising from them, and building and selling them. Being a content marketer is something I have done since I was 15 years old. If I could make money at 15 doing this stuff, I know that you can too. If you just want to get your feet wet, then just start building sites and putting Adsense ads on them.

This is where I have made the most money online, but in my opinion it’s also the hardest. No I didn’t say it was hard, but of everything you can do online, this is the hardest.

I was just thinking the other day that we really haven’t dived into any of the business models that fall under the “Product Marketing” category. This post is all about getting started with creating and selling your own information products.

Absolutely the most important thing you must do is find a profitable niche to create products for. Now finding profitable niches is something we will cover in depth. For right now, I’m going to give you 5 broad super profitable niches.

1. Dating
2. Weight Loss
3. Cooking/Food
4. Gaming
5. Business To Business

All 5 of these have tons of money in them because the people in the niches spend money.

So, Rule #1: You must be in a niche where people are spending money!

Duh, right? Well some people know this and still think they can be the first to make money in a niche that isn’t making money for anyone else. That’s like a one in a zillion chance.

Now there are other steps too. Like researching a profitable niche for what kind of product to create, actually creating your product, setting up everything to sell your product online, creating an affiliate program so that others sell your product for you, and on and on.
