Hey guys…

Just wanted to send out a quick note to let you know that I’m not in hiding, but just very sick. Nothing serious just a bad case of the flu. I will be back to work hopefully on Monday.

I spent Thursday through Mondays in LasVegas and I think that ran me down and the flu bug bit me with full force.

So, if you haven’t heard from me now you know why.

The following is a personal email to me that Jeff Wellman (who I lovingly refer to as Mr. Wellman) sent me. I hope I can touch as many people as possible in my lifetime as he claims I have touched him. I learned a couple things very fast after I laid off my Boss back in 2007. I knew that what I was about to get into was something very unfamiliar to me and scared the heck out of me. I had just walked into my Boss’s office and told him I wasn’t going to need him anymore and it was because of something I knew nothing about. I just gave up pretty much everything that was familiar to me and it was the only way of supporting my financial needs I knew.

I knew if I was going to survive at all I needed to do the following.

Find the people that really cared if I succeeded or not and not just out for themselves. Out of all my JV Partners I had with my first launch not too many actually fit that bill. You my Friend and my son Keith and a half a dozen others were the only ones left on the list after my product launch of Layoff Your Boss!

Not saying the rest are bad… but I knew If I was going to survive I had to follow those I felt I could count on when I needed them. I will honestly say that their are not to mnay I feel like I can depend on…

Next I knew I needed to model success… but not just any kind of success… It had to be those I seen as being successful in 3 different areas.

1. They had to be actually making the money they were saying they were.

2. They had to be always giving all the value they possibly could to those that came to them for help without holding back…or
expecting anything in return (My way of giving back to you for all you did for me was to become the best I could be with what
I learned from you.)

Of course I am not talking about continually giving to those that just come along to suck the very life out of ya and are not willing
to or wanting to add value back into your life in return. There comes a time when you have to let some people go that just continue
to never do anything but whine and complain your not doing enough for them.

You may not feel you did much for me in the beginning… but you did. You added a product to mine as a bonus… Of course I
know now it benefited you as well. LOL!

You added a testimonial to my sales page without even knowing anything about me…

And last of all you encouraged me through emails… I seen you as someone that was unselfish and really wanted to help me…
If that was not the case I don’t need to know anything different

3. The 3rd quality was someone that had a genuine positive mindset (or so good at faking it I couldnt tell LOL!) and someone that
was Always looking for ways to grow and better their personal lives and their business to higher levels of success and doing their
best to bring others along on the journey with them

I watched you go through personal struggles in your life and you had the courage and the strength to pull it all together and you came out
stronger and better on the other side. Of course you had a lot of help with this one. Lots of people praying for you and a good husband
willing to work on things with you side by side.

People with those kind of qualities I watch over their shoulder like a hawk my friend… You notice I am still watching you almost 3 years later
Because of this you notice I did not just make a quick bunch of money and then quit like most figured I would. Seems I chose very
wisely when it came to mentors to follow… and that is why I continue to watch!
